What you will do.

● Drive end-to-end B2B sales of agrochemical products in the assigned region.

● Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, agri-input dealers, institutional buyers, and manufacturing partners. 

● Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers while expanding wallet share from existing accounts. 

● Track market demand, pricing, competitor activities, and seasonal trends to drive business decisions. 

● Lead negotiations, finalize pricing, contracts, and commercial terms including credit. 

● Own and deliver regional P&L, revenue targets, and sales forecasts. 

● Represent OfBusiness in industry events, customer meets, and product presentations

What we are looking for.

●Minimum 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience in agrochemicals (crop protection, fertilizers, technicals, or formulations). 

● Strong understanding of the agrochemical market (preferred).

● Existing network of key distributors and channel partners. 

● Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and market development skill
