What you will do.

  • Develop and manage B2B sales for aluminum products (sheets, coils, extrusions, profiles, foils, alloys)

  • Identify and onboard new industrial, OEM, and corporate customers

  • Manage key accounts and build long-term business relationships

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close commercial agreements

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and billing

  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements

  • Ensure timely collections and compliance with credit policies

  • Conduct regular customer meetings, plant visits, and technical discussions

  • Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports

What we are looking for.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of aluminum or metal products

  • Experience dealing with OEMs, EPCs, and large industrial customers

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development

  • Knowledge of aluminum grades, specifications, and industrial applications

  • Ability to handle long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Analytical and target-driven mindset
