About the Business

Samruddhi Organic Farm is one of our manufacturing plants, which has been fostering organic farming since 2004 by following the Vedic as well as biodynamic methods. With the acquired certified agricultural land of 75,000 acres, we produce 200+ products such as Organic grain, pulses, oils and oil seeds, organic spices, and natural dry fruits. With the help of 40,000+ farmers, we also export to over 17 countries around the globe. Our products have warranted a high demand in the market for their delicious taste, level of hygiene, low calorie, freshness, purity, long shelf life and high nutritional value.

What you will do.

a. Take P&L Ownership of the Asset (Track and improve Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA & PBT)

b. Act as a liaison between our Senior Management and key stakeholders in the asset to drive all facets of Business Operations (Sales, Operations, Finance and Accounting, HR, and Compliance)

c. Gain a detailed understanding of the LOB of the asset, develop control over the entire value chain to ensure the existing business is sustained while focusing on growth prospects.

d. Organise and prioritise critical issues and required information for the senior management to facilitate efficient decision-making.

e. Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance.

f. Participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyse issues, and challenge suggestions. g. Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to the CEO and senior management team.

h. Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently, and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved.

i. Act as a project manager and drive high-level, cross-functional projects; keep a judicious watch over Working Capital and cash flow of the asset.

j. Help coordinate business-wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success.

k. Build and maintain relationships across all departments/functions to influence outcomes, strengthen leadership teamwork and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to the organisation's success.

What we are looking for.

•MBA graduate (preferred)

•Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry

•Strong understanding of financial concepts, including EBITDA, P&L, and Balance Sheet

•Willingness and flexibility to travel as required

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
