What you will do.
Training & Facilitation
Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions for sales teams.
Facilitate product, process, credit and policy training.
Conduct induction programs, refreshers, and assessments.
Use practical sales experience and case studies during sessions.
Content Development
Prepare training PPTs, manuals, job aids and sales scripts.
Support basic video creation for training purposes.
Maintain content and training records.
Operational Responsibilities
Handle training calendars, coordination and communication.
Maintain attendance, MIS and training reports in MS Office.
Track feedback, improvements and outcomes.
What we are looking for.
This role suits someone who has:
Prior experience in NBFC / Financial Services preferred
Background in Sales, with a transition into Training / Facilitation / L&D (optional)
Experience in conducting and facilitating training programs for sales teams
Strong exposure to training content development and instructional design
Hands-on knowledge of SCORM-compliant files and LMS deployment
Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline / Rise) for e-learning creation
Ability to customize training content aligned with sales processes and business needs
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
