What you will do.

Role Objective

As the second-largest producer of Ethyl Acetate in India, we are looking for a high-energy B2B sales professional to drive our next phase of growth. You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint across diverse sectors—including pharmaceuticals, flexible packaging, inks, and coatings—ensuring Accordd Organics remains the preferred partner for high-quality chemical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Identify and convert high-value B2B leads into long-term accounts, focusing on bulk Ethyl Acetate and Ethanol sales.

  • Strategic Account Management: Maintain and scale relationships with existing industrial clients, ensuring consistent supply and high satisfaction.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and raw material fluctuations to position our products competitively.

  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with our manufacturing units to ensure streamlined delivery schedules that meet the "just-in-time" needs of our clients.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand the technical requirements of various industries to provide tailored chemical solutions and sustainable production insights.

What we are looking for.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience:  proven success in B2B industrial sales, preferably within the chemical, solvent, or pharmaceutical sectors.

  • Network: An existing portfolio of contacts in the Western India industrial belt is a significant plus.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, ability to handle high-volume contracts, and a data-driven approach to sales forecasting.
