What you will do.

● Identify, acquire, and manage clients in construction, infrastructure, and related

businesses for Bitumen products.

● Drive B2B sales ensuring revenue

and volume targets are met.

● Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors, builders and government project

Contractors.

● Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, operations) to ensure smooth

order execution and customer satisfaction.

● Track competitor activity, market trends, and share insights to strengthen business

strategy.

● Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and client pipelines.

What we are looking for.

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales preferable-Bitumen / Petrochemicals / Construction materials sales.

  • Prior exposure to B2B sales, especially with road contractors, infrastructure companies, or government projects.

  • Experience working with manufacturers, refineries, or large traders is a strong plus.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
