What you will do.

A. Training Coordination, Design & Delivery

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored to business needs within

  • the NBFC domain.

  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions using proven

  • training models.

  • Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and job aids aligned with

  • business requirements.

B. Training Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate end-to-end training activities including scheduling, invitations, logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure timely execution of programs.

  • Maintain training calendar and ensure SME alignment for training delivery

  • Prepare training MIS, reports, and dashboards using Excel (Awareness on Pivot, Dashboarding, Vlookups, etc...)

C. Training Effectiveness & Engagement

  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Conduct refresher programs and capability-building workshops.

  • Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and financial concepts to keep training modules relevant.

What we are looking for.

  • 5–7 years of experience in Training & Development within the Banking or NBFC industry (NBFC Preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, data analysis, reports).

  • Exposure to training models for evaluation, mode and Design

  • Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report training impact.
