What you will do.
A. Training Coordination, Design & Delivery
Design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored to business needs within
the NBFC domain.
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions using proven
training models.
Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and job aids aligned with
business requirements.
B. Training Coordination & Execution
Coordinate end-to-end training activities including scheduling, invitations, logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure timely execution of programs.
Maintain training calendar and ensure SME alignment for training delivery
Prepare training MIS, reports, and dashboards using Excel (Awareness on Pivot, Dashboarding, Vlookups, etc...)
C. Training Effectiveness & Engagement
Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Conduct refresher programs and capability-building workshops.
Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and financial concepts to keep training modules relevant.
What we are looking for.
5–7 years of experience in Training & Development within the Banking or NBFC industry (NBFC Preferred).
Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, data analysis, reports).
Exposure to training models for evaluation, mode and Design
Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to track and report training impact.
