What you will do.


Key Responsibilities

  • Doctor Detailing & Relationship Management: * Conduct daily visits to Ayurvedic (BAMS), Homeopathic (BHMS), and Allopathic (MBBS) doctors to promote the product portfolio.

    • Deliver scientific, evidence-based presentations (detailing) on herbal ingredients and their therapeutic benefits.

  • Sales & Target Achievement:

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals.

  • Market Intelligence & Mapping:

    • Maintain an updated list of core doctors and potential prescribers.

    • Monitor competitor activities, new product launches, and pricing strategies, providing regular feedback to the management.

  • Channel Management:

    • Coordinate with stockists and distributors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

    • Ensure secondary sales are recorded and stock levels are maintained at the chemist/retail level.

  • CME & Events:

    • Organize and participate in Medical Conferences, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and doctor meets to enhance brand visibility.

Job Purpose

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling our range of Ayurvedic and AYUSH-certified medicines to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). The primary objective is to increase brand awareness, ensure prescription generation, and meet sales targets through effective doctor detailing and territory management.
