What you will do.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping and support staff to ensure office cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep.
Manage inward and outward mail/courier operations, maintaining proper logs and timely distribution.
Oversee warehouse activities including receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory records.
Maintain adequate stock of office, pantry, and housekeeping supplies.
Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance, repair, and service requirements.
Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, onboarding assistance, and staff coordination.
Handle petty cash and maintain related administrative expense records.
What we are looking for.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably HR, BBA, or Commerce).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
4+years of experience in HR and Administration.
Knowledge of housekeeping, warehouse, and vendor management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
