What you will do.
Key Responsibilities
1. Statutory & Labor Law Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory registrations, filings, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for compliance-related matters.
2. Employee Documentation & Records
Maintain employee records, contracts, appointment letters, and statutory registers.
Manage employee lifecycle documentation, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and
exits.
3. Payroll Compliance
Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure statutory deductions and compliances are accurately
processed.
Validate payroll-related compliance reports and statutory contributions. 4. Compliance Audits & Reporting
Conduct periodic internal compliance audits.
Prepare compliance MIS, reports, and dashboards for management review.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
5. Policy & Process Management
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies in line with legal requirements.
Support employee awareness initiatives on HR policies and compliance requirements.
6. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Assist in handling employee grievances related to compliance and statutory matters.

What we are looking for.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
HR or relevant certification will be an added advantage. ∙
5+ years of experience in HR Compliance, Payroll Compliance, or HR Operations. ∙
Experience handling labor law compliance and statutory audits. .
