What you will do.

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.

  • Collaborate with Managers: Understand hiring needs and job specifications.

  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's brand to attract top talent.

  • Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and applicant status.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What we are looking for.

  • Experience: 2+ years in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

  • Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Tools: Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
