What you will do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call clients for enquiries & follow-ups

  • Prepare and share quotations

  • Follow up for PO confirmation & payments

  • Maintain Excel sheets and client records

  • Call and convert pipeline leads

  • Support Sales Manager in daily tasks

What we are looking for.

We are hiring an energetic B2B Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The role involves

calling clients for enquiries, sharing quotations from the price list, taking follow-ups for Purchase

Orders, sending payment reminders, and maintaining client data in Excel. The candidate will also

work closely with the Sales Manager by calling the pipeline leads and ensuring smooth coordination


Preferred candidate profile

  • Good communication & language proficiency

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Energetic and aggressive in calling

  • Strong coordination & follow-up ability
