What you will do.

  • Assist in deployment and structuring of New Joiner Orientation, ensuring smooth induction experience and reducing functional gestation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement the 70-20-10 framework of learning (on-the-job, social, and formal training).

  • Support in building referential content outlines for orientation programs with defined learning outcomes from Month 0 to Month 3 (Mo–M3).

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of L&D initiatives.

  • Help in preparing reports, presentations, and training dashboards for tracking effectiveness.

  • Research best practices in learning design and suggest improvements.

What we are looking for.

  • MBA/Graduate/Post-graduate students with an interest in Human Resources / Learning & Development.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

  • Creativity in designing engaging learning interventions.

  • Prior projects/internships in HR or L&D will be an added advantage.
