What you will do.

1. Develop and implement a sales strategy for commodity polymer products in the assigned territory. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking newbusiness opportunities. 3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. 4. Present and promote the features and benefits of our commodity polymer products to clients, highlighting their suitability for various applications. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, product presentations, andsales collateral. 6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. 7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis. 8. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 9. Stay up-to-date with technical knowledge related to commodity polymers and their applications.

What we are looking for.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in B2B sales  in the Delhi NCR region. 3. Strong network and connections within the polymer industry. 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 5. Result-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities effectively.  7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits
