What you will do.

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Mumbai region for TMT steel products. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their requirements andensuring their needs are met effectively. 3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends. 4. Provide product information, technical support, and guidance to customers to assist in their decision-making process. 5. Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the management. 6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. 7. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. 8. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns. 9. Monitorsales performance and provide regular reports to the management. 10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in steel products.

What we are looking for.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in B2B sales ofsteel TMT products in the Delhi NCR region. 3. Strong network and connections within the construction and infrastructure industry. 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 5. Result-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities effectively. 7. Knowledge of the steel industry, including understanding of different grades and specifications of TMT steel. 8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits
