What you will do.
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Offline Marketing Manager to oversee ATL and BTL marketing strategies for our TMT manufacturing business. The role will focus on increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and driving sales through traditional media and targeted promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
● ATL Marketing: Plan and execute traditional media campaigns (Print, and outdoor) to boost brand awareness.
● BTL Marketing: Manage trade shows, industry events, dealer activations, and direct marketing to engage customers.
● Oversee the creation of brochures, leaflets, and other direct marketing materials.
● Develop brand messaging that reflects the quality and innovation of our TMT products.
● Manage the offline marketing budget and track campaign performance.
● Conduct market research and adjust strategies based on trends and competitive insights.
● Build relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and influencers to support marketing efforts.
What we are looking for.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Expertise in traditional media, event management, and trade marketing.
Strong budget management, project management, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
