What you will do.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain inventory tracking records and ensure accurate stock check on a regular basis.
Handle inward and outward entries of material in ERP and MIS reports.
Perform data preparation and MIS critical reporting for management review.
Manage and update sales and purchase data in ERP/MIS systems.
Prepare and process Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) as per business requirements.
Monitor and report daily production tracking and coordinate with production teams.
Ensure accurate ERP management, data integrity, and timely updates.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for inventory, sales, purchases, and production.
Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and support audits and reconciliations.
Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth data flow.
What we are looking for.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of MIS critical reporting and data handling
Hands-on experience with ERP management (SAP/Tally/Oracle/other ERP preferred)
Good understanding of inventory tracking, inward–outward process, stock check
Familiarity with sales and purchase documentation, CN & DN
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS dashboards)
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel ( Pivot Tables, and Complex Formulas).
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
Excellent knowledge of MIS procedures, Excellent decision-making abilities.
