What you will do.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Purpose: To record hourly line production across departments and create a real-time production tracking dashboard for management.
1. Data Collection and Management:
Collect and manage data related to hourly line production across all departments.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected.
2. Dashboard Creation and Maintenance:
Develop and maintain a real-time production tracking dashboard for management.
Regularly update the dashboard with the latest production data.
3. Reporting:
Generate regular reports on production performance based on the data collected.
Present these reports to management in a clear and concise manner.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with production and other departments to understand their data needs.
Provide them with relevant data and reports as required.
5. Process Improvement:
Continuously look for ways to improve data collection and reporting processes.
Implement these improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
6. Compliance:
Ensure all data management activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.
