What you will do.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard reliable suppliers through market research, trade fairs, and
references.
Initiate supplier outreach, evaluate capability, pricing, and material availability.
Conduct due diligence, physical verification, and manage supplier KYC documentation.
Handle sales enquiries, collect and validate supplier quotes, and support negotiations.
Confirm orders, coordinate dispatch instructions, and track execution with S&OP teams.
Collect and verify supplier documents (COA, MFI, certificates).
Maintain supplier communication via WhatsApp and internal tracking systems.
Share market insights and competitive pricing to support sales growth.
What we are looking for.
Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills
Market research and cost/pricing analysis capability
Understanding of B2B procurement, commodities, or raw material sourcing
Ability to evaluate supplier credibility, quality, and compliance documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High coordination skills with Sales, S&OP, and logistics teams
