What you will do.
Ensure quality control of lubricants, oils, and greases as per internal standards and industry norms.
Conduct routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Maintain compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and statutory quality requirements.
Document test results, SOPs, COAs, and quality reports accurately.
Monitor production processes to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply teams to improve product quality.
Handle customer quality complaints and support root cause analysis.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
What we are looking for.
Strong understanding of lubricants and their quality parameters (viscosity, flash point, pour point, etc.).
Hands-on experience with lab testing, QC instruments, and interpretation of results.
Knowledge of ISO standards, SOPs, COAs, and documentation practices.
Ability to ensure raw material, in-process, and finished goods quality.
Attention to detail and consistency in maintaining records and compliance.
Problem-solving skills for deviations, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
Coordination skills to work with production, R&D, and supply chain teams.
Basic understanding of safety, regulatory, and audit requirements.
