What you will do.
Manage leadership hiring for business and ensure targets/SLAs are met across business and corporate functions.
Collaborate with business heads and HRBPs to understand leadership needs and create a strong hiring roadmap.
Design and execute sourcing strategies using market mapping, headhunting, internal databases, and digital platforms like LinkedIn.
Evaluate profiles, conduct initial screenings, and present high-potential talent with strong cultural and functional fit.
Own candidate experience throughout the process - ensuring timely communication and engagement.
Partner with external search firms as needed and manage their deliverables.
Track hiring metrics, maintain dashboards, all the while ensuring that TAT across roles is met.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor movements to provide strategic hiring insights.
What we are looking for.
MBA in HR or relevant field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership hiring in NBFCs/ Fintech/ BFSI sectors.
Deep understanding of organizational structures, business models, and talent landscape in the financial sector.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
