What you will do.

  • Generate leads and inquiries from customers and convert them into sales orders.

  • Explain product features, specifications, and benefits (e.g., FE 550D TMT bars with X-Rib Grip Technology).

  • Promote Noble Bison products through direct interaction, demonstrations, and follow-ups.

  • Identify new customers and expand market reach in the assigned area.

  • Maintain customer records and update sales activity and progress in reporting tools or CRM.

  • Provide after-sales support and help resolve customer queries and issues.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.

  • Collect feedback from customers on product performance and market demand.

  • Support promotional and marketing activities to increase brand visibility.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to identify customer needs and match them with product solutions.

  • Basic negotiation and closing skills to finalize deals.

  • Good market understanding, competitive pricing awareness, and customer service orientation.

  • Willingness to travel within territory to meet customers.
