What you will do.
Visit general trade outlets regularly to generate and maintain business.
Promote and sell the company’s products to retailers.
Ensure proper placement and visibility of products in retail stores.
Collect market feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with channel partners and retailers.
Report daily market activities and competitor intelligence.
What we are looking for.
Graduate in any discipline.
0–1 year of experience in sales or field marketing (FMCG industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
