What you will do.
Variance Analysis: Support in analyzing monthly and quarterly variances between actuals and budgets/forecasts, and assist in preparing explanations.
Product Costing: Help in evaluating product costs and margins, working with production/operations teams for accurate costing inputs.
Month-End Close Reviews: Assist in month-end scrutiny of accounts and ensure accuracy of reported financials.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts by gathering data and preparing working files.
Cost Management: Support in monitoring cost trends and highlighting areas for efficiency improvements.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams like operations, procurement, and production to collect and analyze financial data.
Compliance: Learn and assist in ensuring adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
What we are looking for.
CA / CMA Fresher (Qualified) – with Articleship / Industrial Training experience
Strong fundamentals in accounting, costing, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/etc.) is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
